New Header and new Banner

I made two new header for my layout, they're pretty similar, except for the middle-pic, so I decided to keep them both and to change from time to time :)
 
I also made a new banner. I knew I saw something similar somewhere before, but I couldn't find it anymore, so I made it out of memory.
