The surgery is done!!


I'm not blind anymore!
Yesterday everything was fine - or at least the results didn't change so he knew I don't have an eyeproblem and in the afternoon I got surgery.

30 minutes after the surgery I could already see 70%!

The night was... mh, not so funny. My eyes burned and teared for at least 5 hours, but then it was gone. And now... it felt a little dry and the lights are a little too bright, I'm wearing sunglasses, and I have eye drops.

No eye make-up for 8 weeks.

Today I already have 100%!

I won't go to work this week and it's still all a little foggy. But the Doc says it's going away during the next days/weeks. 2 weeks from now I have to go for a check up again.

So... here I am. No glasses anymore for me.
God, I feel soooo naked...

I want to thank all of you for all your crossed fingers and prayers!

My mother did the same surgery a couple of years ago, and she says it’s one of the best decision she has ever made.

Ja die Augen waren gestern noch ein wenig empfindlich und am Montag war natürlich gar nix mehr mit mir (und meinen Augen) anzufangen, daher kam da auch wenig bis nix, weil das immer sehr anstrengend war.

Heute gehts etwas besser, wenn auch nur mit Sonnenbrille - auf Dauer. :)

Aber es wird.
Ich komm mir jetzt nur sehr nackig vor.
